Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the GrandBridge™ platform. By using our software, you agree to use it only in ways that are legal and that do not harm other users or the platform.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the GrandBridge™ platform to:

• Sell or list illegal goods or services, or items prohibited by Bahamian law or regulation
• Sell or list restricted items (e.g. controlled substances, weapons) where such sale or listing is not permitted
• Upload or display misleading, false, or fraudulent product information, pricing, or availability
• Abuse the system (e.g. automated scraping, attempts to overload or disrupt the service, or circumvent access controls)
• Use the platform in any way that violates our Terms of Service or Merchant Agreement

3. Enforcement

GrandBridge™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user or store that violates this policy. We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these rules and may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
