Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the GrandBridge™ platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

GrandBridge™ provides software that enables retailers to display products online and receive customer orders. GrandBridge™ is a technology provider, not a retailer.

3. Store Responsibilities

Each store is responsible for:

  • Accuracy of product listings and pricing
  • Inventory availability
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Taxes applicable to their sales
  • Order fulfillment and customer service
  • Refunds and returns

GrandBridge™ is not responsible for incorrect pricing, out of stock items, or fulfillment errors.

4. Fees and Payments

Stores agree to pay subscription or revenue share fees as agreed at signup. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

5. Acceptable Use

Stores may not use the platform to:

  • Sell illegal goods
  • Sell restricted or prohibited items
  • Upload misleading or fraudulent information
  • Interfere with platform operations

GrandBridge™ reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrandBridge™ provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

Stores may cancel their subscription in accordance with their selected plan. GrandBridge™ may suspend or terminate accounts for non payment or policy violations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
